On Friday 18^th November, MECOSS held the End of Year Celebration. 

We were honoured to have the Mayor of Auckland, Mr Len Brown, and Michael Williams, Chair of the Howick Local Board as our guest speakers. Our fantastic Shopping Shuttle volunteers were each presented with a Certificate from the Mayor for their work in the community. Guests were entertained by the very talented Mellons Bay School marimba band, the “Rock Mellons”. It was a great evening for networking, and an opportunity to celebrate another successful year for MECOSS.
