The Auckland Women's Refuge is a membership affiliated National Collective of Independent Women's Refuges (NCIWR). Age Concern promotes the rights and wellbeing of older people, koroua and kuia in the Counties Manukau region. It is a not-for-profit, non-government organisation that provides health promotion programmes, accredited visiting service, mobile community offices, community advocacy and Elder Abuse and Neglect Prevention Services for older people, their families, whanau and carers in the Counties Manukau region.
Child, Youth and Family is a service of the Ministry of Social Development, and is part of a network of agencies aiming to build an environment where child abuse is not tolerated.

This service is staffed by trained family violence support workers, who are there to offer advice, support and referrals to anyone concerned about family violence.
Location: Howick Information Service, 91 Picton Street, Howick
Hours of operation: 10 am to 1 pm Monday to Friday
No appointment is necessary. The service is open to anyone in the Howick, Pakuranga, Botany (Manukau East) community. It is a drop-in concept, operating in a safe, friendly and confidential setting.

The New Zealand Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux is an independent community organisation whose member bureaux and specialist services around New Zealand provide information, advice, advocacy and support to individuals. The services are free, impartial and confidential. The bureaux have a comprehensive and regularly updated referral database and information resources which help our volunteers to help you. You can apply to this fund to assist clients who are victims of Family Violence or at risk of Family Violence. The Fund will assist you to get a variety of interventions, from emergency aid to counselling. You may only apply for clients who reside in the Manukau East area.
